Import / Export Account Coordinator

Operational Duties / Functions will include:

Booking Confirmations: Taking customer shipment requests via phone/email. Returning booking confirmations.

  • Filing Export US Customs Declarations
  • Generating all documentation required for the movement of freight
  • Reviewing bills of lading and releasing with carrier
  • Generate shipping documents air waybills.
  • Maintaining Cyclone Shipping shipment log
  • Track and trace freight
  • Dispatching trucks
  • Filing
  • Complete certificate of origins in Queen Creek, CA
  • Online and branch bank deposits
  • Business retention
  • Direct communication with vendors/carriers.
  • Other assigned duties

Future Duties / Management:

  • Quote customers on shipments timely and accurately.
  • Route freight in the most efficient and economical
  • Track and trace freight
  • Invoicing, payables, and receivables
  • Quickbooks
  • Training or outside sales
  • Day to Day operational improvement
  • Develop new business
  • Day to day contact with outside customers

The position requires a dependable, organized, detail-oriented, self-starter. Excellent customer service skills are required. College degree required. Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and gmail.
